Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
• We accept exchanges for a different size, color, or item of equal value.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra charge to you.

Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

If you'd like to return or exchange an item for reasons unrelated to a defect (such as size or preference), the item must be dropped off at our designated drop-off location. Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using your original payment method where applicable.
