7-Day Return Policy

Moda Riva offers a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

In the same condition as received
Unused, unworn, and undamaged
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing tags, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send the item.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at modariva7@gmail.com so we can review the issue and resolve it.

To help us process your claim faster, please share clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and order details.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your product for another style, color, or item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The fastest way to get the product you want is to request a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred product.

Exchange availability depends on stock at the time of request.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks, payment providers, or card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Return shipping details will be shared after your return request is approved.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility. If the mistake is from Moda Riva’s side, we will guide you on the best solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging and tags.

Sale or discounted items may only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect, unless otherwise approved by Moda Riva.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it will fall under our standard return policy.
